Oberon is, of course, dead. Right? He died in the Patternfall War. All the Courts of Amber and Chaos saw him die.

Yeah, right. And if you believe that, I have a rainbow bridge to sell you. Cash only, small bills please. The real question is, what's he up to? The smart money has him in the World, but no one's sure in exactly what form. Aten, Titan of Light, Odin the Aesir All-Father, and Zeus the God-King of Olympus all have the right look, absurd power level, and general authoritarian vibe to be him, which means none of 'em are likely unless he wants to be found (and lost his frickin' mind, if he's Aten).

Still a consummate shapeshifter, about the only thing that's certain is that he's male. Oberon never changes gender. That still leaves three billion humans and a lot of immortals besides. He could be a dragon, a titan, a CEO, a prince, a president, a sports star, a movie star, or any plausibly adopted god or Scion. A few things are certain, though. He's one of the most powerful beings in any World, he's a control freak, and he's got the scruples of a snake oil salesman running for office. All that adds up to big trouble.
