The World

The cosmology of Scion places the World in the heart of existence, the dwelling place of humanity and defined by the Titans who created it. It lies "between" the Overworld of the Gods -- also known as Heaven -- and the Underworld that housed the Titans until recently. The Underworld also took those dead who had no place in Heaven, but now even the roads to that realm are devastated by the escape of the Titans. Now, ghosts, hungry corpses and other forms of restless dead stalk the World, a grim reminder that the war in Heaven portends great changes throughout the cosmos.
